I had to ask several times for towel replacements and the dirty towels removed. I was waiting to shower until I received my towels. I asked for house keeping and never received it.
I don’t recall the woman’s name at the front desk who took it upon herself to get me towels. She went above and beyond her duties to take care of that for me.

Breakfast was good, could have had a few more choices. The room was ok, furniture was very uncomfortable, the toilet had a running noise all the time. The refrigerator was too small and the microwave was hard to get at because of being so low. The maids were good, but never gave us toilet paper we always had to ask. The pool area was nice, but kinda dirty, they didn’t clean it every day. The front desk staff were always very nice and helpful.
