Kitchen & Both Baths Have Just Been Remodeled! Fantastic opportunity to walk right out your sliding glass door and head to the pool or the ocean! Amazing views from the living room and both bedrooms. Condo is fully furnished and has everything you need for a short weekend stay or visit us in the winter months! Bedroom 1 has two full size beds and Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed. Two full bathrooms with plenty of space. Association amenities feature gorgeous oceanfront community pool, tennis courts, shuffle board & community bbq grills. Please note that from the parking lot to the first floor there is appx 14 steps you must take. There is no elevator. You can park along A1A to unload which is the same level as the unit, but parking is required in the parking lot. Pets are accepted, maximum 2 - $100 per pet, plus tax. Please note HOA policy of PETS: Pets must be on a leash and are not allowed in the pool area at any time. Pet owners are not permitted to walk their dogs, or allow them to urinate or defecate, anywhere on Association property. This includes the North Side area, the South Side area, and around the Poolside area. Dogs may be walked, and allowed to relieve themselves, along A1A and along Central Avenue. The location of the unit is great. You are across the street from the ocean, with walkovers to the beach in close proximity. And you can see the ocean from the patio. The unit is nice, but older and could use some updates. We found the living room couch to be very uncomfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen tools. We had our Golden Retriever with us for the month, and you are not supposed to have your dogs on any green space on the property. So you need to take your pet off the property - either behind the rear parking lot, or outside the walled area in front of the complex. There were 2 rolls of TP in each bathroom and 2 rolls of paper towels in the kitchen, which is common for any condo we have ever stayed in. The furniture was perfect. Very comfortable couch and 2 recliners. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook whatever you want. The grounds are immaculate and the views are to die for. This was the 3rd time we have stayed at Ocean Beach Club 1, each time in a different condo. We only got 1 day out of 5 and had to leave due to the storm. We hope that they made it through Ian with no or minimal damage! We could live here! Thank you and see you next time! ##### kellie p. The cabinetry in the kitchen is as cheap as it gets and there was no toilet paper other than 1/4 of a roll in each of the bathrooms, not even a blender in the kitchen or a hair dryer. Old furniture, creaky fans, super uncomfortable chairs in the dinette. Cheap hosts doesn't even start to describe it for as many rules as they have. You have to remove the linens, clean the kitchen, wash the dishes and even take out the trash, etc. You'd think they don't charge a cleaning fee, but they do. Never again with them. ##### Jaime M. Immaculate,private beach.condo was very comfortable and well stocked.We had a blast. Loved the pool,plenty of beach time,and great sunrise.Manager was helpful,accessible and promptly returned answers to our questions. Wish we could stay a month. We'll be back. Next time we'll do most of our own cooking. Loved our vacation at Flagler. The first thing that stood out to me was how clean this condo was! On top of the unit being extremely clean the mattresses were comfortable, the towels plush. and the unit was well stocked with everything you possibly could need. This condo is amazing. It has everything you would need during your stay. Wide assortment of cookware, any kind of utensil that you can imagine, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella. Even tools (if you were to need them). Very comfortable and on the ground floor steps from the pool. The beach was never crowded. Wonderful restaurants nearby.
