The apartment is located in Fischbachau in the charming district Birkenstein in a small side street, quiet and yet easily accessible. It belongs to a architecturally interesting ensemble built by the architect Ullbricht for his own family, but is completely separate from the main house with a separate entrance and two private terraces. It is an ideal starting point for relaxing hikes and bike rides directly from the front door or even excursions in the beautiful surroundings on the edge of the Alps. The wonderful landscape attracts with nature experiences, but also the fast attainable cities like Munich, Rosenheim or Kufstein offer many outstanding leisure possibilities in all weather. The apartment "Am Berg" is thus ideally suited for nature and culture lovers. Distance to the swimming pool Fischbachau is one km, It is 7km to Schliersee To Tegernsee is 16km, The cross-country skiing Fischbachau is one km, The Therme Bad Aibling is 17km, It is 8 km to the Spitzingsee Ski and Hiking Area. The skiing and hiking area Sudelfeld is 8km away. In the capital with heart Munich is about 50km, It is 21km to Kufstein. Renovated in 2019 and newly furnished apartment has a tastefully and comfortably furnished living room with oak dining table and pull-out sofa bed (140x200). The large window front offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and our lovingly landscaped garden. Adjacent to the living room the kitchen, with the newly built in 2019, modern kitchenette. Fully equipped including dishwasher, stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and a comprehensive range of cooking tools to be able to provide self-catering. From the breakfast bar in the kitchen you can enjoy the beautiful view of the garden. On this level, the terrace with evening sun, which makes wonderful hours in the sunset possible. One floor down is the bedroom. Here you can spend relaxed nights in a double bed (160x200) with allergy friendly cold foam mattresses. A desk can be used for writing the holiday diary. Here, too, a broad window front allows the magnificent view of the mountains and our garden. After a restful night, step outside the patio door and watch the sunrise. Another seat on this terrace is ideal for a full breakfast in the morning sun. The charming bathroom with shower, toilet and towel dryer is right next door. The apartment has its own terrace in the garden with morning sun and another terrace in the garden in west exposure with evening sun. It is heated environmentally friendly with renewable energy from wood pellets, our electricity is green electricity from Greenpeace Energy. It is equipped with 100Mbit / s WiFi and flat screen TV in the living room with Magenta TV Telekom. For longer stays weekly fresh hand, bath and tea towels and 14-day fresh linen are included for you. Die Unteren Räume, insbesondere das Schlafzimmer, war meistens recht kühl, aber Dank dem Ofen und der Heizung wurde es schnell warm. Fr. Jahnke ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin.Als ich zu Hause meinen Fingerring vermisst habe und Nirgends gefunden habe, habe ich bei Fr. Jahnke angerufen habe, hat sie sofort in der Wohnung nachgeschaut und den Ring gefunden und ihn mir per Post zugeschickt. Hat man die Fenster ganz geöffnet, was man laut Hausordnung machen sollte, kam sofort eine der Katzen der Vermieterin in die Wohnung. Gebucht haben wir eine Wohnung ohne Haustiere. Im Bad war Schimmel und die Handtuchhalter konnte man nicht benutzen(waren nicht richtig befestigt)Wir sind 2 Tage vorher abgereist, weil am Vortag das Bett zusammen gebrochen ist. Leider war meine Frau 2 Wochen vor dem Urlaub an der rechten Hand operiert worden und der Heilungsprozess zog sich länger hin als vom Arzt prophezeit. Dadurch wurde der Urlaub für meine Frau zur Qual. Wir suchten, auf Hinweis durch Frau Janke (Vermieterin), den ortsansässigen Arzt auf. Der konnte für den Moment wohl helfen, aber am Samstag entschlossen wir uns (in Absprache mit Frau Janke), den Urlaub abzubrechen. Am Sonntag sind wir dann heimgefahren. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, sowie die gemütlich eingerichteten Wohn- und Schlafräume ließen keine Wünsche offen, um den Abend mit Blick auf die Berge ausklingen zu lassen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt geht hier auf das Konto von Google Maps, das uns fälschlicherweise zu früh abbiegen und somit auf den Hof eines Nachbarn fahren ließ. Dieser machte uns dann auf ein aus diesem Grund aufgestelltes Schild aufmerksam. Diese Hürde genommen stand uns und ein paar schönen Tagen im idyllischen Fischbachau und Umbgebung nichts mehr im Weg. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, haben einige Tipps für Wanderungen und Restaurants erhalten. Allerdings ist das Haus wirklich nur für 2 Personen geeignet. Hatten zwar noch Besuch für 4 Tage, das war seitens der Vermieterin kein Problem. Aber für 4 Erwachsene ist das Haus zu klein. Aber sonst haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Man muss auch Katzenfreund sein. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich, wie zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit die Vermieter sind. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt kontaktlos, so dass es egal war, wann wir anreisen. Das fanden wir prima. Ein Problem gab es mit dem Wlan, Vermieterin hatte sofort Lösung. Zum Teil hatten wir schlechtes Wetter und das untere Zimmer war sehr kühl. Aber es gab einen gefüllten Pelletofen, den wir einmal nutzen konnten und es gibt auch Elektroheizung. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt eine Senseo Padmaschine. Vermieter haben mehrere Katzen, die sehr liebesbedürftig sind;) Ein erholsamer Urlaub bei sehr zuvorkommenden Vermietern, danke. ##### Antina V. Im EG kühles Schlafzimmer, kleines Bad; OG im Wohn-Esszimmer Sofa zum schlafen. Hier fehlt bei einem sehr breiten Fenster leider eine Verdunkelung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
