A light-filled, modern vacation home in the Nordheide

This beautiful, light-filled vacation home with a large garden is the ideal place to stay for couples with or without children, individuals, or friends who just want to have a great time! Up to two dogs are also welcome!
Additional adults by arrangement and for an extra fee of €40 per day. There are a total of 5 sleeping spots available (one double bed, a split mattress on the loft, and a sleeping spot in the living room)
The house is located in a well-maintained, quiet residential and vacation community on a side street.

The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area—featuring a cozy, large sofa nook, dining table, chaise lounge, TV, and fireplace—invites you to relax. A glass door leads directly to the large covered patio with seating and umbrellas. The garden is completely private on all sides!
The bright, built-in kitchen features a sink, new stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, and coffee maker, and is fully equipped with various dining, cooking, and baking utensils.

The cozy bedroom is newly furnished with a double bed, new mattresses, nightstands, a spacious built-in closet, and a dresser, and it adjoins the bright, natural-light-filled bathroom—which has also been recently renovated—featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and built-in closet.

The bright entryway leads to the guest restroom, the utility room with a new washing machine and cleaning supplies, and the separate sleeping and cozy area up on the loft. The loft is accessible via a staircase. It has limited headroom (approx. 1.50 m in the centre) and is furnished with two mattresses and a TV. This is where children can have their own separate area, if desired. Alternatively, the large corner sofa in the living room can also be used for sleeping.
The carport offers space for one car, with room for another vehicle in front of it.
There is a separate, lockable room next to the carport for your bicycles.
