The open plan, air-conditioned living area is tiled throughout and features a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and extra comforts of a ceiling fan, the owner also provides a port-a-cot, high chair and beach umbrella for your convenience. Flowing off the living/ dining area is the fully enclosed courtyard with an undercover entertaining area and gas BBQ ideal for alfresco dining. The property features a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including an electric cooktop/ oven, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, Reverse Osmosis Water Filter for pure drinking and Delonghi Nespresso coffee pod machine. Two spacious bedrooms both with ceiling fans and the main bedroom also having a split system air conditioner and TV with Chromecast. The accommodation was extremely good, clean and well presented for the price range. Only a short driver or walk to the beach, the location was great.
