Outdoors Situated on the outskirts of Benidorm, approximately 4 km from the city center and the sea, the Alegría Village offers a secluded and sunny location, perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat. Nestled 2 km from the center of Finestrat, this property allows you to immerse yourself in a serene atmosphere while still being within proximity to local amenities. Other Information For your convenience, a supermarket, restaurant, and bar are located just 2 km away. Additionally, a 9-hole golf course and walking paths can be found nearby, within 2 km and 300 m respectively. Please note that there is no lift in the building, and the owner does not accept youth groups. The neighborhood is sensitive to noise, so quietness and good behavior are expected from guests. It is a spacious and bright accommodation featuring comfortable furnishings. The living/dining room measures 18 square meters and includes a digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. There is an exit leading to a terrace from this room. One of the bedrooms is 9 square meters and has a French bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The second bedroom is also 9 square meters and contains two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is an additional shower/WC in the apartment. The roof top terrace is large and crucially has a shower to try and keep cool. The stay was let down by a broken shower in the main ensuite that despite reporting to the managing agent on its discovery on day 2 of a 9 day stay, they did nothing to try and fix it during our stay. There is no WiFi and the mobile signal up there is poor, the TV unit was covered in dust which makes you question the cleanliness of the apartment and there were absolutely no instructions for the apartment, no guide to what to do with the rubbish, no local attraction information...nothing. Beautiful place to stay, but let down by being run by a company that clearly just treat it like a money machine rather than a service. Oh and you have to drive in to Benidorm with nowhere to park and no help from the letting agency, in order to collect your keys. Take away the letting agent, make it a bit more welcoming and you've got a brilliant place to stay. ##### Bob M.
