Good location, pleasant and helpful
Staff, clean. Rooms are a bit sterile feeling, not cozy. Had some water leaking from the ceiling. Breakfast was just ok. Had a nice rooftop bar
The riad itself is absolutely stunning. The staff are amazing, very professional and friendly. Breakfast was great. We had two rooms, and they were both clean and comfortable.
The staff was friendly and the Riad itself is extremely beautiful and decorated with great taste. Now, as it is the case in these types of old buildings, the acoustics makes in VERY echo. But this is normal.
This Riad is easy to find in The Medina in Fez. They served really good food and the staff is amazing and super helpful. They also have massage and hamam on site. The rooms are amazing and they have a rooftop bar. Would definitely recommend staying here if they have availability!
Staying at Riad El Amine is what I imagine being a guest at a wealthy friend’s palace would be like. There isn’t formal check-in desk — just exceedingly helpful staff and terrific facilities.
The suite, the courtyard, the roof terrace, the pool — everything was so stunningly beautiful and meaningfully crafted, I couldn’t stop admiring the my surroundings and thinking how lucky we were just to be there.
Breakfast was delicious - new treats each day! And the staff - wow - we felt so looked after and welcome.
The location is good - easy to access the Medina, while also being easy to access taxis. It’s a quiet area, and we slept so well.
A wonderful stay!
The hotel itself and the room are gorgeous but there is no direct street access. You must enter through a pedestrian street so no easy luggage drop. Our rooms were walk up only, and it sits near the base of a river which at night makes the whole hotel smell like a sewer.
Above and beyond, from the staff to the food. Each and ever detail was thought of and so beautifully well done. Zahara is so on top of things and the details of the hospitality were so perfect<3
Just like the title says it, Riad El Amine is probably the best place to stay in Fes. Location is excellent (close to the Medina perimeter, in a very quiet location just a few steps from the bustling Medina), inside you’ll feel immersed in the magic of this beautiful country.
The food and the great service of all the Staff were the best, everybody was friendly, courteous and professional, making you feel like at home.
We will definitely come back to this Riad!
Choukran bezef!!

The public areas were beautiful. It was a unique old house. Access to some of the rooms were difficult with steep steps. The food wasn't as good as we expected. The host was very helpful when we ran into problems with transportation to the airport.
