VILLA MUNA is located in a hilly area (450 meters above sea level), about 15 km from Terni and Spoleto, in the municipality of Ferentillo.
VILLA MUNA was built in the 70s, in traditional masonry (exposed stone and tuffs), for a total of about 600 square meters arranged on four levels. In addition to the private parking, on the ground floor we offer a large living room with a fireplace and a service bathroom. On the first floor there is a lounge with TV, fireplace and game table and a double bedroom which can be integrated with another additional bed if necessary. On the second floor there are three double bedrooms, all with bathrooms and terraces. The furniture is functional, and all available equipment is in perfect condition. On both floors there is a perimeter terrace, from which you can enjoy a wide panoramic view of the valley below and the town of Structure.
Upon request, other beds for children or teenagers can be inserted.
Villa Muna insists on a hilly plot of land of 15,000 square meters of which 1,300 are used as gardens and parking. There are several paths that allow relaxing walks in the heart of the surrounding nature.
The town of Ferentillo is located along the Valnerina, about six km away. Ferentillo, in addition to its natural and historical beauties, offers sports activities related to the territory; rock school, rafting along the Nera river, mountain bike trekking with the mountain bike school and other initiatives.
The shops and services (pharmacy, markets, restaurants, public transport, petrol station, bar-tobacconist) are 4 km from Villa Muna.
