Fenner's Tours and Activities

I left a hand-written note requesting more sugar for the room as it had not been replaced the day before. What I received were half a dozen shrivelled, stained packets which were unusable and placed in the basket so I did not notice them until I came to make a coffee the next morning. This felt like a deliberately nasty act because I had left a note. I reported it to a chap on reception and handed him the packets but he only asked me if I wanted them replaced. I told him not to bother, I just wanted to report this. I wouldn't say he was that helpful or particularly apologetic.
