Our spacious vacation rental offers modern comforts for 2 to 4 people in a space of about 65–70 m², with the option to accommodate up to 6 people (via a sleeper sofa). Thanks to its ideal location, you can fully enjoy the unspoiled nature and the surrounding region.
The vacation rental is located on the lower level and offers direct access to the well-maintained garden. The eco-friendly heating system is provided by an air-source heat pump, which operates without the use of fossil fuels and ensures a comfortable indoor climate.

Bedrooms & Amenities:
Bedroom 1: equipped with a large box-spring bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, nightstands with lamps, and a smart tablet.

Living Room: Bright and inviting, equipped with a flat-screen SMART TV (including streaming services), a sideboard with a collection of games for all ages, a shoe storage compartment and shoehorn, a Bluetooth speaker, a pull-out sofa, an armchair, and many other thoughtful details. The large dining table offers space for the whole family and is perfect for shared meals.

Outdoor Area/Patio: Enjoy a wonderful view of the region in both summer and winter—the perfect place to relax. Feel free to use our patio furniture and umbrella to enjoy the sunset with a cup of coffee or tea.

Bathroom: Equipped with a rain shower, sink, mirror, and toilet.

Kitchen: The modern kitchen has everything you could want and is equipped with all the necessary appliances: stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, and toaster for a relaxing breakfast. A microwave, dishes, silverware, and a knife block, as well as beer, wine, and champagne glasses, dish towels, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs are also provided.

Washer-dryer: There is a separate laundry room with a washer and washer-dryer. For sustainability reasons, we ask that you dry your laundry outdoors (on the patio) during the warmer months. Washer tabs are available.

Miscellaneous: For sports enthusiasts, there are bike racks (outdoors) and a ski storage area in the laundry room.

Sauna: There is a sauna in the basement. It can be reserved individually for each vacation rental through an in-house booking system.

Additional Options: Our vacation rental can be perfectly combined with the other two units in the building, making it especially suitable for larger groups or family vacations with friends.
