« A great accommodation that fulfils all wishes. Very good room layout, very high quality furnishings and absolutely clean. The outdoor area is great and there were surprisingly few mosquitoes. Short distances to cover daily needs and good food. Communication with the landlord was always fast, friendly and smooth. However, there is one tip. If you want to watch international television, you need to be technically savvy. All in all, a very clear 5 star recommendation. We would definitely book...

"Lobby et couloir tres propre. L’hotel est parfaitement climatisé donc agreable sous les pics de chaleur dehors. Le point que je trouve que c’est dommage pour un hotel 4-etoile: le coffre-fort est à louer, pareil pour les serviettes de plage. C’est un rien du tout mais ça enlève une étoile pour ce niveau d’hôtel. D’autant plus que c’est pour un hôtel de plage, serviette de plage en location c’est presque une arnaque pour un hotel de 4*"

"Je pense sincèrement que la direction devrait se pencher sérieusement sur l’attitude du chef du buffet. Son comportement est extrêmement froid, rigide et protocolaire, au point de mettre les clients mal à l’aise. Sa façon de fixer et de surveiller les gens crée une atmosphère intimidante. Je n’ai honnêtement jamais vu une attitude comme celle-ci de la part d’un responsable dans un hôtel de toute ma vie. Le dernier jour de mon séjour, le chef est lui-même venu vers moi de manière très agressive après m’avoir vu prendre deux donuts pour ma fille de 9 ans. Nous devions prendre le bateau pour Barcelone et n’avions pas le temps de manger sur place. Je ne savais pas qu’il était possible de faire cette demande la veille et je comprends parfaitement qu’il existe des règles concernant le buffet. En revanche, son intervention et la façon dont il s’est adressé à moi m’ont donné le sentiment d’avoir commis quelque chose de très grave. Je me suis senti traité comme un voleur pour deux donuts destinés à ma fille. C’est vraiment dommage, car j’ai passé une semaine exceptionnelle. Tous les autres employés de l’hôtel ont été adorables, souriants et professionnels. Terminer un séjour dans un hôtel 4 étoiles de cette manière est vraiment regrettable. J’espère que la direction prendra ces remarques au sérieux."
