### in Linum mit Garten, Terrasse und Grill by Interhome

type of building: Detached house. size of property: 424m². year of construction: 2021.  
In the centre of the Linum stork / crane reserve, you live in a secluded location (no through road) at the highest point of the village. Surrounded by small alleyways, there are several stork nests that characterise the entire village. Restaurants, farm shops, cideries and fishmongers make up the typical village centre. The A24 motorway with the "Linumer Bruch" junction of the same name is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 3 km). You drive through meadows and hills to the small village idyll with approx. 1000 inhabitants. The holiday home was completed at the end of 2021 and impresses with 6 rooms, each with 2 sleeping places (2x normal sofa bed. Bed linen incl. bedding (1x pillow 80x80 cm and 1 duvet 2m x 1.35m) for an extra charge. Please let us know 1 week before arrival, otherwise we will assume that you will bring your own pillows, duvets and bed linen on arrival.  
  
New modern house with 6 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 living/dining area. The layout of the beds is shown in the photos.  
  
Shed with bicycle parking, terrace for barbecuing & relaxing, in the quiet residential area you can walk comfortably within 5 minutes to the fish ponds or into the village centre to the gastronomy, cidery or the farm shops  
Narrow access roads (vehicles over 7.5 tonnes not possible). The 2 parking spaces in the carport require parking in different directions. The car on the right should park forwards. The left-hand vehicle is best parked backwards. This allows better utilisation of the passage to the shed. The vehicle height should not exceed 2.2 m (pay attention to roof racks, aerials, etc.).  
  
The entire village and its surroundings are characterised by storks and cranes. You will find the nature conservation organisation in the village with lots of information about everything nature has to offer. In the towns of Kremmen and Fehrbellin (both 9 km away) you will find all shopping facilities.

Wir waren nur für ein Wochenende mit insgesamt 11 Personen (8 Erwachsene/3 kleine Kinder) in diesem Ferienhaus in Linum. Gefeiert wurde der runde Geburtstag der Oma. Mehr als ausreichend Platz für alle. Geschmackvolle und gemütliche Einrichtung, gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke an den freundlichen Vermieter und seiner Mitarbeiterin für die unkomplizierte Absprache und Übergabe!Jederzeit wieder und absolut empfehlenswert!Jens mit Familie aus Berlin

#### Tolle Unterkunft

Das Haus ist einfach großartig. Toll eingerichtet, komfortabel, es hat an nix gefehlt, schöne Schlafzimmer, genügend Platz. Konsole und Spiele da und ein riesiger Tisch, wo wir als große Famillie ohne Probleme alle Platz hatten. Auch toller Außenbereich für die Kleinen mit Minipool, Sandkastenmuschel und Trampolin. Die Gegend ist auch super schön und ruhig. Einzig der Checkin war holbrig, da wir den Schlüssel woanders holen mussten - hier empfehlen wir Schlüsselbox mit Code.

Leider entsprach die Sauberkeit der Räume, wie auch besonders der Bäder und der Küche nicht dem gewohnten Standard( Staub,Krümel in allen Schubladen, schmutziger Backofen,verkeimte Grills sowie ein vollkommen ungepflegtes Außengelände. Die Bäder waren nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Wir haben die Endreinigung bezahlt,obwohl wir das Haus sauberer verlassen,als vorgefunden haben.
