J'ai adoré l'appartement. C'était propre et confortable. La femme de ménage qui nous a accueilli était sympatique. J'ai deux bémol, la première est la difficulté de trouver un stationnement gratuit proche de l'appartement et le deuxième est que l'information des codes pour entrer est arrivé deux heures plus tard après notre arrivé à 14:30\. C'est plus stressant quand nous sommes avec des enfants. The owner had offered an airport pick up and tour. We had accepted and sent our flight information 6 days earlier. We waited 2 hrs at airport for pick up, sending multiple messages to the owner and attempting chat and asking for help through the chat function in the app. No response We took a cab to the building but could not get in because no keys available, no doorbell available outside and no answer to numerous messages. We found a hotel and the owner finally reached out to us 5.5 hrs AFTER our arrival. He then gave us the access code to the apartment lock box. We stayed at the hotel overnight as it was already paid for and we had been traveling for over 38 hrs at that point.It was a lovely place. Not pleased at response ##### Shelley B. The apartment was just as described and the beautiful downtown area near the marina is a short walk away. We felt safe walking to and from on the evening and the day. The unit worked out very well. We are used to a clothes dryer but there is a line set up on the one balcony and it was perfect for drying clothes. We would certainly come back to this unit. It has everything that you need. We only had to contact the host once but we got a quick response ##### Benita H. Perfect location to everything. The front door is hard to open but don’t give up, it eventually works. And if you run out of hot water just be sure to tell the owner so he can refill gas tank. Communication from Ivan the host was excellent and done via WhatsApp. We were met at the airport for a small charge by the lovely Felisbela. She gave us a quick tour of the centre of the town which was useful to get our bearings. She also told us that we could contact her if we had any issues which was nice. The property is very central and the town is easy to walk about. The coach station is very near and this was useful for our onward journey. The property was very clean and spacious with a nice little veranda area. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would stay here again if we were back in Faro. ##### Trevor H.
