The rooms are spotlessly clean and the shower is big and powerful. The beds and pillows are very firm so will take a bit of getting used to if you are used to something softer. I couldn’t sleep due to the smell. The bathroom was basically out of service all the time. I was scared to go in. I complained but they said they were fully booked and had no other room. The room is worth the money due to cleanliness but the smell made me feel like running away. If you are European and are use to sewage smell this will not bother you. Modern, Double rooms are small but more than adequate. AC is loud, and you can hear people closing doors, but didn’t bother me- just an observation. Easy bus line 16 to this area from airport. Easy walk to harbor and restaurants and shopping/. 4 ish blocks toward harbor. Breakfast looked fine. Reception is efficient. The hotel was clean and well decorated, and the bed was comfortable. The service was generally okay with the young lady in reception and the young lady in the breakfast room both being very friendly. Others, whilst polite, were did not go out of their way to be helpful. The room was small, which was expected, but the mirror was inside the wardrobe and the room was so small you couldn’t fully open the door to use it. There was also no storage space in the bathroom, so toiletries had to be propped up around the sink. The main issue was with the smell in the hotel, there was a constant smell of sewage coming up in the bathroom. I reported it on the first day and they send a cleaner in, which just masked the smell for a few hours, but it came back again the next morning.
