Beautiful property in a safe, quiet neighborhood. For the Fargo Marathon and couldn't have asked for a better property. Host was responsive, property was clean, and our little pup enjoyed the grassy backyard (note for pet owners: while the yard is fenced, the driveway side is not. So don't think you can just let your dog run free!). Perfect place to relax, watch a movie, or take a nap. Thank you!

Everything was just as described, and Richard was excellent with communication! Everything a family could need in a rental was available— the property even gave us ideas of what else we should offer in our own rental property! We rented due to a family health situation, and this house is incredibly conveniently located just a few blocks from the Sanford Broadway Medical Center in a nice neighborhood where we felt safe walking back and forth to the hospital. Would definitely recommend for a family who had someone in the hospital longer term, a medical professional needing to be near that hospital, or anyone just wanting to be near downtown with more amenities than the downtown hotels offer. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and Richard, the host, was very attentive! Accommodated our family perfectly. The house offered everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Host was very responsive, answered all our questions before our stay.House was spacious and had everything we needed- dishes, blankets, utensils. Beds were comfortable and it was great having two spaces with bedroom and bath together. Lots of movie options and games and books. Plenty of off street parking. A great option for a family visiting Fargo. We plan to rent again.

Great location and lovely property

Walkable to either downtown or the Fargodome, the location could not be beat. The house itself was wonderful as well with a nice front porch and quiet backyard. Very clean and well stocked, nice touches from the property manager. Would definitely stay again.

This was our first stay at a VRBO. It was great all around! Location was perfect, we felt very safe! The house is decorated so nice! Beds are very comfortable! Communication and questions answered promptly! We would recommend to our friends and family and stay here again too!

Cozy Home with AMAZING host!

Excellent stay!

Richard was an excellent host! He stayed in communication with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean, and is in a very quiet neighborhood. Many things available for use in the kitchen and grilling outside.

Beautiful Home that everything you could need.

Communication was fantastic and everything you could possibly need to cook and host a family meal was provided, from a coffee pot to a crock pot. Lots of little extras! Would definitely rent this comfortable home again

Great location, all the amenities, comfortable

Just as charming and well-appointed as the listing. Generous kitchen supplies and all the appliances. Comfy front porch, plenty of wide TVs, plush towels and excellent beds/bedding. Friendly neighbors. We’d go back there, no question.

Fargo weekend

This property was perfect for a family weekend in Fargo. Plenty of space to sleep and play for four adults and two kids. The charming house is beautifully updated and we felt right at home. It’s within five minutes of coffee shops, brewery, restaurants, etc. Richard was helpful and responsive. Overall an excellent place to stay!

The house was just as described in a quaint neighborhood. The location made it easy to get everywhere we needed to be for the weekend. I appreciated the communication from the property owner; not only was he quick to respond, but he also was friendly and kind in all communication. Highly recommended, clean and convenient home.

This home was clean, comfortable, and very inviting. Richard was prompt with answering all of our questions and gave us a convenient and friendly VRBO experience. We will definitely recommend friends and family passing through Fargo to keep an eye out for this beautiful home. Bonus, he supplies the house with extra supplies and snacks in case you forget anything at home.

Great spot while in Fargo

Spent 2 nights for a wedding. Worked great for our family. If I had one suggestion is to change out the double bed for a queen and to turn the pull out chair into a full Murphy bed. That would make it perfect! Otherwise great location!

wonderful family get together

This home is like the one that my boys grew up in....so kinda special. Well done older home in convenient location for the event at the college. We had a GREAT time and next time I plan a stay in Fargo will get it again. Well stocked with fenced in yard for my pups. Everyone loved the home.

Thoughtful Property, Great Location

We traveled to Fargo to visit our college kiddo and found this home to be absolutely perfect for our needs. It was the perfect mix of old charm with beautiful and thoughtful upgrades. It is clear that Richard has put amazing thought into the renters experience. We traveled with teenagers and dogs and all felt very comfortable in this space! Richard was a wonderful communicator and so generous with recommendations. The location was very convenient as well and the neighborhood is lovely and well kept. We will definitely look to stay here again on future visits.
