While dogs are allowed on the nearby beach all year round, they must be kept on a lead on the promenade. Inside the house boasts wooden oak floors and leather sofas. Each room has a Freeview digital TV. The kitchen is inclusive of a height-adjustable work surface, and it is also well equipped with modern fixtures and fittings, including a washing machine and tumble dryer. From the sitting room, there are French doors onto the enclosed terrace, which offers a barbecue for those summer evenings. The garden is a mecca for Wildlife and has ducks and wild birds that come across from the nature reserve along with deer and the occasional sighting of badgers from the set in the Havenless.
