For art and culture lovers there is the city of Fano with its ancient monuments dating back to Roman times, the characteristic city of Urbino, home to one of the oldest universities, also known for its splendid monuments such as the majestic Palazzo Ducale, the Monastery of Santa Chiara and the Church of San Domenico. The towns of Fano (10 km), Pesaro (16 km) or Cattolica (35 km), with their stores and restaurants open late in the summer, are very appreciated by tourists. About 2 km away are the thermal baths of Carignano. Nature lovers will be fascinated by the caves of Frasassi (72 km), the beautiful Gola del Furlo (39 km) or the majestic Monte del Conero (82 km).
