This contemporary fishing lodge is located in beautiful Wyoming County--a must see for those who desire the feel of a cabin on a river or lake getaway with all of the comforts of a luxury home. Public boat launch a few hundred feet away. Guests can land their boats in front of the property weather permitting. The home was built in 2012 and is modern in very good condition. There are two modern remodeled bathrooms; the first floor bathroom is handicap accessible with a zero clearance shower with handrails. Additional handrail next to the toilet. This house has received numerous 5 star reviews. Access to kayaks, rafts, fishing equipment and grill. Home has ductless central air condition and a beautiful porch overlooking the river. Guest access FULL ACCESS Including: super fast wifi and a 55" HDTV and all the comforts of home. All portions of the lot including off street parking, for 4 cars, patio beneath dwelling riverfront access from dwelling. Additional nearby park with grills picnic tables, basketball court, jungle gym, small zip line and covered picnic tables. Access to kayaks, paddle boards, rafts, fishing equipment and grill. Home has ductless air conditioning and a beautiful porch/balcony overlooking the river. We also have aligned ourselves with Al's Susquehanna Guide Service the absolute best river guide in the area! I have personally fished with him 10+ times and regularly catch 20 to 30 fish each trip. If you like we can help you arrange a booking with him or mention we recommended him for additional savings! Book asap as his spring summer schedule gets booked quickly! Other things to note Property details: The house is located in a rural area with no public utilities. The water is serviced by a drilled well. When there is excessive water use or groups larger than 5 or 6 the well may need 15 to 20 minutes to regenerate. There is limited cell service in the area depending on your carrier; however, just connect your phone to wifi calling and it will work perfectly in and around the home. Some of the best fishing in Pennsylvania and the Northeast is in the Susquehanna River. Musky, walleye, Bass and catfish are a few of many fish caught from the shores and around the river. When staying home, we enjoyed seeing wildlife from the porch, using the hot tub, boats and life vests provided and taking scenic walks down the street. We had an amazing time!
