Beautiful House in Coastal Village
In the heart of Coldingham, built in 1840, the house has been lovingly restored to make a comfortable, stylish home with a spacious garden. With a gentle feeling of nostalgia, it provides a sense of calm and retreat from everyday life, making it easy to feel at home as well as on holiday.
The house is within walking distance of the lovely beach and countryside, village shops and pubs, it is perfect for exploring the Borders and Northumberland, and within easy reach of Edinburgh or Newcastle.
This is a detached house that has been restored to a high standard, creating a comfortable and stylish base from which to explore Southern Scotland and Northern England.
The house can very comfortably accommodate 6 people with three double bedrooms (one with twin beds) on the first floor. There is a study on the second floor.
On the ground floor there is a dining room and living room, both with open fires and books and games.
There is a very well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room.
There is a shower room with WC on the ground floor, and a traditional bathroom upstairs with huge bath with shower.
The house has a large garden to the side with seating, a delightful sunny front garden, and more seating at the rear for outdoor dining.
The enclosed driveway has parking for 3 cars, and there is also a small car park in the village square.
