We apologise for any inconvenience. August 2025\* Fern has one of the best swimming pools in Exmouth. It’s a whopping 7 meters, south facing with uninterrupted views of the canals. Perfect for cooling off in the summer months, watching sunsets from the large surrounding deck or just laying out on the sun lounges soaking up the Exmouth warmth. This is just one of the many features of Fern which make it the ideal place to spend your holiday in Exmouth. There are plenty more features including a Private Jetty with space for a 7m Boat. A modern, well equipped kitchen is open to the large family dining table and connected to the lounge, equipped with a large TV for movies or watching the game. There is also free wifi included. Enough space for the whole family with a King sized bed and Ensuite in the main bedroom, Queen sized bed in the second bedroom and the 2 remaining bedrooms with 2 x king singles in each. Sleeping a total of 8 people and including a second family bathroom with a bath and seperate toilet Fern has all you needs covered. Some extra features include Split Systems air conditioners throughout for all year round comfort, full sized washing machine, gas BBQ and outside table and chairs for alfresco dining. Parking for up to 4 vehicles/trailers. Bring your boat for your ultimate marine adventure. Please note there is no guest access to the shed. No pets allowed. 4 car maximum parking, no camping or caravans allowed. All linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. All of our holiday homes are self provisioning. Some basic items have been provided for your convenience. The kids loved the pool and fishing from the jetty. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. It was even nice to find lots of little items around the house that you don't normally find in holiday houses but make everything much more convenient.
