"Over the past 10 years we have stayed on and off at the PARK Plaza hotel we find it conveniently located to restaurants walking attractions and mostly due to the fact this hotel is very clean and has excellent customer service. I have a disability, and I feel that I am respected and cared for with courtesy."

"We had a lovely 24 hours at the Edwardian Hotel in Manchester. The location is perfect – just a short 10-minute walk to the coach station, with plenty of food options nearby. The in-room dining was excellent too, but the highlight was definitely The Library restaurant – the steak was delicious and the service outstanding. The décor and vibe of the hotel are beautiful, and the spa and swimming pool are fantastic for relaxing. A special mention goes to the older gentleman at the concierge desk – he was absolutely fantastic, so kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Overall, a wonderful stay – highly recommend!"

"I stayed three nights at the hotel. The location is perfect. You are walking distances from major attractions, train station, tram and buses. The room was small but had everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is excellent. I will definitely stay again during my next visit to Amsterdam."

"I like the place, they change the linens and clean the room daily. The only issue was the toilet, it has a bath tub that you need to have a big effort to go in, its too high and the water splashes on the floor, there is no closure, the water is strong though"
