My family stayed in this house to visit my daughter at University of Oregon. The location was great, we liked being able to walk to things. Everything was very nice and clean. We especially loved the living room area with the window seats! It was a perfect combination of old charm and modern upgrades. The only warning I have is that the fourth bedroom is a Murphy bed surrounded by windows with no closet space or dresser and it hard to get into the room, unless the Murphy bed is up. The neighbourhood close to the U of O was perfect and quiet. The house was clean and comfortable. As mentioned to the property owner, small improvements could be made for older or less nimble adults, but overall, we were happy and loved the house!
