This one bedroom home is nestled in a neighborhood with new and older homes on either side. (Please note homes are currently being built and can be seen and heard from the back side of deck) This location has two rental homes on the same property separated by a privacy fence. It sits back amongst tall fir trees and greenery & is updated with cozy modern comfortable decor. The back deck features a cozy covered fire-pit and couch set with curtains for privacy. A short walk to the Ridgeline hiking trail; hike Spencer Butte, Mt.Baldy or into town. Experience up close wildlife on property & a quick 2 min drive to the Cascade Raptor Center. Easy 10 min drive to UO/Hayward Field, along with local breweries and cozy restaurants. Head downtown to rent bikes or electric scooters for an adventure in town. The deck is where we spent a lot of our time especially on cool mornings. We enjoyed our stay and liked how it was 10 minutes or so from town.
