This place is a hidden gem. I have been staying here 3-4 times a year for the past 2 years. The hosts are super nice and communicative. The place meets all our needs and is 5 star on cleanliness and charm.

This was a great find for us. I had a tennis tournament in Eugene and this place was five minutes from Eugene Swim and Tennis Club and 16 minutes from the University of Oregon. Kathy was quick to respond to question that we had. This is a great place to stay if you don't want to pay big bucks for a hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Easy access to property. Instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. Appreciated having access to property a bit earlier than designated check in time.Loved having a quiet place to stay while we were moving out of the university dorms. It was great! The fenced off area in the front was private and relaxing, the living quarters were very nice and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very nice! The snacks, tea, and coffee were very additions that I appreciated! I would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time I stayed at this property because I loved it so much the first time. It has everything you could possibly need, and is in a lovely, quiet, safe neighborhood. A special feature is the smart TV that has a feature to automatically sign you out of any streaming networks you signed in to on the last day of your stay. Highly recommend this property.
