Der Ausblick vom Balkon aus der 9\. Etage über den Hafen und die Stadt ist fantastisch. Highlight des Balkons sind die Glasscheiben, die sich einzeln od. komplett öffnen und schließen lassen.Schön ist auch, dass es eine Klimaanlage/Heizung in der Wohnung gibt Wir sind nach jedem Ausflug immer wieder gern in die Wohnung zurückgekehrt. Der Empfang und die Verabschiedung durch die Gastgeber war sehr herzlich. This is an excellent property rental. Rocio was an outstanding host and we were met and shown around the apartment on arrival. Rocio also checked (by WhatsApp) whether we were OK or needed anything shortly after arrival. Rocio also emphasised to please get in touch if we had any queries or needed advice or help. The apartment is on the 9th floor and has great views and the advertising photos are representative of the apartment. There are 2 lifts servicing the block and we never had any problems using them. The apartment itself is very tastefully decorated and well appointed, having all of the facilities that we needed: a kettle, toaster, fridge/feezer. It has a hob and microwave as well but we didn't use these. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was vey clean and fresh when we arrived. There is aircon/heating in the lounge and separate bedroom but we didn't use these for our visit in late October/early November. There is a dedicated parking space which we used for our hire car, a Daihatsu duster. There are plenty of bars and restaurants and two large supermarkets within a few minutes walk. I would thoroughly recommend this lovely spacious apartment and outstanding host to anyone wishing to stay in the area. The apartment itself has great views, is large, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the chairs on the (enclosed ) balcony, watching the world go by below us. The reserved car parking space is a very valuable asset. The host, Rocio, was easy to correspond with and keen to help in any way to ensure our happy stay. We would love to return another time. ##### Rosemary H. Excellent location right above the Port and all it's activities. The apartment is generously sized and has all amenities. Rocio has decorated it very nicely with many personal touches. The closets are generous and feature built in drawers etc. There is a washing machine but no dishwasher. Our only word of caution, for those who are driving to Estepona is that parking within the Complex is challenging. We ended up parking in the neighborhood behind the flat which was always available and safe. We'll stay again. ##### scott H.
