All three bedrooms are ensuite. This property is perfect for guests looking for tranquillity and their own private space. The beach is a mere 50 metres away and there is a variety of restaurants, bars and shops a short walk away. The foreign owners of property above do not rent the property out and they use very it infrequently throughout the year. So it is very unlikely that you will be overlooked. The ground floor has its own covered terrace and private garden. Guests are free to use all the garden furniture and BBQ. Should guests wish to sunbathe by the pool there are further loungers their which they can use. For guests looking to work while they are away, there are also two workspaces set up in the large living space. This apartment is managed exclusively by Anda Homes, one of the Costa Del Sol's leading property management companies. Should you require anything a dedicated property manager will be able to assist you. Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following: 9pm - Midnight 20 euros Midnight - 2am 40 euros After 2am 60 euros This amount is payable in cash at the property.
