C était une mauvaise expérience. J ai pris trois photos du local où j ai passé la nuit que je peux vous les envoyés. Préférez un charmant Riad ! Un cadre agréable, mais une expérience en demi-teinte. À notre arrivée, l’enregistrement s’est avéré laborieux : près de 30 minutes d’attente faute d’accès au système, puis, malgré une réservation confirmée par Hotel.com, des doutes exprimés quant à la disponibilité de notre suite. Un début de séjour pour le moins stressant. La chambre bénéficie d’un bon matelas, mais le lit et le sommier grincent à chaque mouvement. Le dessus de lit, taché, aurait mérité d’être remplacé, autant pour l’hygiène que pour le confort visuel. Le petit déjeuner, enfin, laisse un goût mitigé : premier jour, msemen sans saveur et jus d’orange industriel, ce qui est regrettable au Maroc ; le second jour fut meilleur, grâce à un service attentionné et quelques préparations à la demande.
