This is a big hotel, I guess 50 rooms. The rooms are quite good & clean, not too crappy. The bathroom & shower is ok, bed is comfortable. Good that they have desk & chair, kettle & fridge. Location is good, just next to the castle. The breakfast is ok, lots of protein of eggs & cheese. The price is reasonable.

3 Gece 4 Gün, 4200TL ye tutmuştum. Bu fiyata kalabileceğiniz en temiz ve bakımlı otellerden birisi. Çalışanlar kibar ve anlayışlı. Odalar kullanışlı ve yataklar rahat. Erzurum merkezinde zaten çoğu yere yürüme mesafesinde. Gayet memnun kaldım.

Sanırım şehir merkezinde olduğu için beğenilmiş ama yatak konforu kötüydü. Temizlik iyi değildi ve wcler de kağıt havlu bile yoktu. Tüm gece koridordan ve caddeden gelen seslerle uyuyamadık.

Yanlışlıkla sigara içilen bir odaya rezervasyon yaptırmışım. Resepsiyon görevlisi hemen oda değiştirmeme imkan sağladı. Otel çok merkezi bir konumda. Park yeri sıkıntısı yoktu. Gayet güzel bir konaklama oldu.

Uygulamaya aldanıp rezervasyonunu yapmış olduğumuz otel asla göründüğü gibi değil uygulamada gösterilen kişi sayısı 4 fakat otelle iletişime geçince 2 kişi gözüküyor ve ekstrasını da alıyor (otel). Elbette fiyat olarak pahalı değil ama en azından uygulamaya da o fiyatı yansıtabilirlerdi. Biraz daha fazla ücret ödetmek için türlü türlü yollara başvuruyorlar. Bu da insanı memnuniyetsiz kılıyor. Kahvaltı bölümü gayet güzel hizmette sınır yok serpme kahvaltı gibi istediğiniz her şeyden alabiliyor yiyebiliyorsunuz. Çay,su gibi içeceklerde mevcut tek sorun uygulama ile zıt oluşları temizlik konusunda da idare eder. Odada küçük bir cam bulunuyor. Ve herhangi bir havalandırma sistemi yok gerek klima gerek vantilatör olmalı bu konuda da sınıfta kaldı Atlas otel üzgünüm. Bir daha tercih edeceğimi düşünmüyorum. Siz de Rezervasyon yaptıracaksanız en başta rezarvasyon yaptırmadan otelle iletişime geçin sonrasında mağdur oluyorsunuz.

I've been traveling to Turkey for more than 10 days, and I made a reservation and stayed overnight because of the good rating of the hotel, but it was the worst hotel ever. A shaky toilet, a stinking shower room, a hotel with nothing right -- mold in the corner, and the shower room was so dirty that I had to crouch to keep it from touching on the wall while I took a shower.

Not for Business Travelers

Its not upto the standard even. Need whole property proper cleaning and renovatlon. Lot of Phenolphthalein balls in wash room which caused a very bag pungent smell in entire room. The hotel should be silent and curtains should be able to create darkness in the room. While the windows were double glazed, the insulation was inadequate. The street noise comes into the room. Once the early morning hustle bustle started,(inside and outside the hotel) sleep was out of the question.

Les photos de l'hôtel ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Le confort est minimum, c'est à peine propre et en état moyen, quand au petit déjeuner il est plus qu'ordinaire. le tout est assez décevant surtout en comparaison des photos.

Stop over hotel if you ignore the cigarette smell

The room smells of tobacco it’s unbearable if you’re a non smoker... but on the plus side it’s super close to the SAW airport less than 8min drive
