Great house! Very clean and cozy, perfect for a ski trip, fast and easy check in/out. Would totally recommend this house for anyone looking to get away!
The owner was really easy to work with. Itbwas perfect for us with the amount of people we had. Having easy access to the atv trail is well worth it as well.
Property is right on trail, Matt was great to rent from. Only thing lacking was a fire pit. And Im sure if I asked he would have given us one..House was plenty big enough for 5 adults..we had a great time. Thank you
We had a great time and Matt was a great host ! Always available to us ! He met us at the rental and let us ride with him and his friends to Berlin! The house was spacious and def had the errol charm ! We would def rent from Matt again !

We went on a snowmobile trip with 7 guys. The trail access off cor. 19 was great. The house was warm and it was -10 degrees !! We will go again !!
House was large and clean! Washer and dryer access was a bonus after trail riding all day! Driveway was large enough for full size trucks and extra large trailers and still had room for corn hole!
Only complaint…. Towels, I mistook the linens as also being towels. Quick trip to the store and that was fixed! We also had a front row seat to the fireworks🎆🎇

Well huh
The place was off putting, It was not the the same as the picture that was viewed online. Outside appearance was run down not inviting. I've spent a lot of time on the road and stayed a lot of places but this placed creeped me out and everyone that stayed felt uneasy sleeping there. Other than that It was a place to stay out of the weather so I guess there's that.
Good spot right on the trail system and close to the center of Errol for food and gas. Slept 6 of us just fine and had plenty of room for parking a couple trucks and trailers. Matt was very responsive and left a couple trail maps for us to use during our stay.
