### A4 - Luxury house with pool, Goutos Properties Porto Heli
  
It is an independent luxury house of 80 square meters in a unique spot in Porto Heli and with easy access to the sea in about 50 meters. The house has its own entrance and a very large terrace overlooking Porto Heli. The interior layout of the spaces is very functional and it has a spacious and sunny living room together with the dinning room and a fully equipped kitchen. ln this unified space you will find a comfortable corner sofa, a TV, a fireplace and a door that leads to an idyllic terrace, with a wooden table and chairs, where you can enjoy the view, and just a few steps further, the private swimming pool. The glass dining table with the modern chairs, ideally placed in front of the glass window, offers a direct connection with the outside space, thanks to the proximity to the emerald garden, but also thanks to the unique ground "window" just below the dining table and above the pool. Thus, the wonderful blue-green shades of the water diffuse into the interior, offering the much-desired relaxation and contact with nature. Also, the house has a stylish bathroom with shower, and two bedrooms, each of which consists of a double bed, TV and storage spaces (drawers and wardrobe).
