Swim in the blue waters of the cosmopolitan and more secluded nearby beaches. The big pool is ideal for relaxation and enjoying the sun, with a panoramic view of the blue bay. At the lounge by the pool, under the shade of the tree and with an unlimited view to the sea, you can enjoy your morning coffee, breakfast or meal, prepared on the big stone BBQ. Free WiFi and private parking. The Space: The house is on the ground floor of the property. It features an open plan space with a living room with a double sofa-bed and a single sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with shower. The windows of the living room have a view to the pool and the sea and the bedroom’s to the green garden. On the outside space directly in front of the house, right next to the pool, there is a lounge and a dining table. The garden surrounding the property is filled with grass, trees and Mediterranean plants. By the big pool you will have the chance to relax and enjoy the sun. Also, there is a specially arranged space with a dining table, a small bar and a big stone BBQ. Guest Access: Guests will have exclusive access to all the area of the house and its exterior shared pool. The Neighborhood: The property is at the area of Kranidi, just 650m to the beach and 2,5km to the city of Porto Heli. There you will find anything you might need during your stay such as super-markets, banks, pharmacies and a big local market consisting of all kind of shops. The area offers a large variety of beaches that will satisfy every taste. The long nearby beach(650m) has a restaurant, a beach-bar and a nightclub as well as more quiet and secluded spots. Some additional beaches are Ververoda(2.2km), Hinitsa(6.8km), Kosta(8km), Limanaki(8.8km) and Xrisi Akti(9km). At the cosmopolitan beach of Porto Heli(3.7km) you will find beach-bars, seaside restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife venues as well as many activities like water sports, scuba diving and boat rentals. The location of the property is an ideal starting point for one-day trips to the natural and cultural sights of the area. From the port of Porto Heli(3.5km) you can take a boat to the small cosmopolitan islands of Spetses and Hydra. Visit the ancient city of Alieon(7km), the nearby villages of Kranidi(7km) and Koilada(10km), the seaside and picturesque Tolo(64km) and Nafplion(70km) with it’s majestic castle overlooking the city. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to visit the archeological sight of Ancient Epidaurus(48km) with it’s rich in exhibits museum and it’s unique ancient theatre where a lot of plays and cultural events are frequently organized.
