### Minimal Maisonette In Porto Cheli

Minimal sea view maisonette in Ververonta of Porto Cheli   
  
The property belongs to a complex of four minimal maisonette for short and long term rent and sale.  
Each maisonette covers an area of 136 square meters and is characterized from minimal architectural aesthetics. It is situated in a land plot of 500 sqm in total which is landscaped a beautifully garden.  
The structure is divided into two levels. The ground floor hosts one master bedroom with en suite bathroom, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds and one bathroom. All bedrooms have immediate access to the garden and offer views to the sea. On the top level we can find a spacious living room, a dinning room and fully equipped kitchen. On the same level there are large verandas around the house where we can enjoy the sea-view and the magnificent sunset of Ververonda. The outdoor area consists of BBQ and outside parking for two cars. Each maisonette is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a wonderful vacation by the beach. The property is few steps away from the beach and 10 minute walking distance from the center of village with all necessary holiday facilities shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacy as well as just few minutes drive from the most popular beaches. Itt is located only a short drive from the well known island of Spetses, Ydra and Poros. Additionally to this is very close to the most important ancient archaeological sites of Greece Nauplion (70km), Epidaurus (50km), Mycenae (90km) and Leonidio (150km).

Located just opposite the island of Spetses 4km away from Porto Heli, the settlement ag. Emilianos in Costa. Sandy beach with shallow waters.  
  
Limanakia   
To the beach limanakia in porto heli you have the opportunity to go water skiing, slalom, parasailing, windsurfing, sailing, jet-skiing and diving. There are schools for all water sports. Fishing is free and does not need special permission. Close to the beach are still open tennis courts..  
  
Hinitsa  
A beautiful cove with sand, green and facilities of the famous luxury hotel aks. Organized beach with umbrellas, tennis courts, mini soccer courts, water sports.  
  
Lepitsa   
The beach is located in the village kilada, 6km away from porto heli. Beach with a lot of green and sea with shallow waters, ideal for children.  
  
Costa   
Costa, 5km away from porto heli, is a fully equipped beach. Water sports, umbrellas, beach volley, taverns, restaurants, cafes. In the area there are hotels, restaurants and camping.  
  
Ververonda   
Close to porto heli is beach ververonda.  
  
Doroufi   
Located near kilada. This beach has golden sand and shallow waters, ideal for children.  
  
Beach of porto heli   
Located in the secluded bay of porto heli. Organized beach with sand, sun beds and umbrellas and water sports.  
  
Korakia beach   
From the most beautiful in the region within a dense pine forest korakia , with large pebbles and stunning beach because of its unique landscape.

Porto heli can be easily accessed either through an unforgettable two-hour drive from Athens with great stops along the way, or by sea, using the frequent high-speed hydrofoil service from piraeus ( piraeus-porto heli : two and a half hours).  
  
The area is steeped in historical, architectural and mythological significance. Across almost from the village of porto heli lies the ancient city of fishermen. Just a stone's throwaway from ancient epidaurus ( 50km ) and mycenae ( 96km ) , the historic cities of nafplion ( 79km ) and leonidio ( 157km ), the world famous island of spetses ( 5min with sea taxi ) and the picturesque island of hydra ( 45min with flying dolphin ) with the peculiar architecture. The cosmopolitan loutraki ( 105km ) with casino. Also just one hour is what island of poseidon – poros ( 52km ), near the ancient trizina.  
 Porto heli can be the home base to explore archaeological sites, byzantine monasteries, historic monuments, unspoiled beaches, mountainous routes and picturesque fishing villages.  
  
There are only few places in the world which combine all year-round mild climate , stunning natural beauty and historic significance and porto heli is definitely among them.

#### Nice house, clean, plenty of room and good location

I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to explore the Porto Heli area. Very comfortable and peaceful.
