This Place Rocks! Waterfall and lake access

We’ve carved out a masterpiece along the bluff- allowing a rare vantage point to relax, enjoy the breathtaking views, listen to waterfall and hide away! Located in a quiet Lakeside community just min from downtown and 15 min to Presque Isle.

Bright and comfortable two-story home with open floor plan kitchen, dining and dual living rooms. Master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, desk, large walk-in closet, tv and deck! Kitchen is always well stocked for cooking with spices, cleaning supplies and variety of coffees and teas. Full bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub and bonus living room with pull-out sofa also on first floor. Luxurious bedding, towels, bath soaps and paper products are provided for our guests. First floor laundry, also.

Upstairs king bedroom has private balcony with incredible lake and waterfall view! Across the hall is bedroom #3 with 2 queen beds and large closet full of toys for hours of entertainment. Upstairs is also a small, full bathroom with bathtub only.

WITH CAUTION: This property sits 12-20’ above Lake Erie. While it makes for incredible views, visitors must be aware that there is no fence or railing along the rock wall or bluff. Children should not be left unattended in back yard or permitted to climb the rock wall. There is water access by carefully climbing down the natural rocks at the adjacent waterfall. There is no handrail and can be slippery. But people of all ages use the access and it makes for an awesome adventure! We recommend wearing crocs or old sneakers for wadeing in the water here. The soft sand beach is only a 15 min drive at Presque Isle State Park.

There is also a public pavilion and beach- full of beach glass at the corner of Lakeside and Chautauqua Blvd. Boat launch within a mile or 2 at Lampe Marina or Lakeside Boat Launch.

MAX GUESTS: This home is equipped to serve 6-10 guests comfortably. Please count ANY and ALL guests/visitors at the time of your reservation- no additional visitors whether staying the night or not. Host and staff live nearby and are available should you need assistance.
