Erda Vacation Packages

This is essentially an apartment building outside of park city by about 15 mins. No daily housekeeping, semi clean rooms, staff was low functioning and mostly unhelpful. We were unable to check in early on our day arrival despite being told it would be available before hand. The girl at the front desk told us there were a large volume of early check ins (there was not another soul on property, but she must have thought we didn’t notice). The pool deck was covered in dead bees. There is loud construction directly outside the property starting very early in the morning until dark. On the plus side, it was quiet inside and the gym was pretty well stocked.

Fantastic stay. Wonderful rooms, very comfortable bed. Balcony was a treat. There was a small issue of cleanliness where there was water leftover in the coffee pot and towels left on the bathroom floor when I arrived. Other than that, I very much enjoyed my stay.

Close to many restaurants and easy access to downtown and freeways. Easy parking along street with additional parking lots on the same block. Activities at the hotel are awesome and staff was so pleasant. Also, the rooftop bar on site has great views and Cam, one of the bartenders, went above and beyond with customer service. Won’t stay anywhere else when coming to Salt Lake for work.

Upon arrival, our room had a used toothbrush on the sink and food in the refrigerator (ewww!) - there is NO safe in the room (or any rooms according to the very snarky woman at the front desk) - the entire building was down to ONE elevator for over 24 hours which was a nightmare (20 minute wait each ride) - our pretty room balcony with chairs was sealed shut to prevent use, and the restaurant was WAY under-staffed for the breakfast shift (annoyingly long line to wait for one of the MANY open tables since most people opted for the buffet).

Decent place to stay just for a night to begin a road trip.
