Centralissimo e nuovo, dislocato in zona comoda a tutto ( supermercato, via centrale con negozi e ristoranti, percorso di salita al cratere e spiagge). Fornito di tutto e curato nei dettagli, doccia grande, doppio bagno, aria condizionata in entrambe le stamze e cucina esterna comodissima.
