It is exactly as described and clean and comfortable. You can walk easily to the beach and the house has chairs, towels, umbrella and toys. Also, there are a couple fun restaurants nearby that you can walk to but there is a free shuttle service if you prefer that. Owner was quick to reply when we had questions. Super easy check in and check out…no stressing about reading 10 pages of dos and don’ts and cleanup. The property itself is easy in general and self-explanatory. It’s within walking distance of almost everything on the Key, especially restaurants. The use of the bikes was a great bonus and being such a short distance from the ocean beach and the bay was so nice. Neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. We felt right at home. Super safe area, close to the beach with all the essentials for in-home cooking. The provided bikes were a great bonus. We used them a couple times a day & also used them to ride to Beachcomber Trading Post for breakfast and coffee. Beach is right down the street and we also walked there every day.
