What a cracking pub. What more do you want from a place to stay than have a legendary boozer right below you. The land lady was very friendly and polite, rooms were basic but clean and perfect for my needs. They do a cracking pint downstairs too. Staying again next week for work it was that good and the prices resonable.

Lovely staff, nice breakfast and as clean as it could be when it clearly isn’t being kept in good repair. Bath all rusted and chipped. Couldn’t fault the staff though, super helpful and friendly!

Not a 5* Not a 1* Polite staff , clean room , everything worked, parking and great location for my trip. The asylum skate park with my Grandson. Perfect for our 1 night stay. Very much recommended.
