This lovely home is located just three streets back from the beach, less than ten minutes walk to Whalers and Yilki Store, making it the perfect base for your Fleurieu adventure. Please note this property has a rustic and vintage charm, with some areas showing signs of age. If you are seeking a modern property, this may not meet your expectations. With accommodation for six in three bedrooms with electric blankets - 1 double and 4 single beds - this home is perfect for families or groups of friends. The kitchen is combined with the dining and living area, and features a microwave and coffee pod machine for your convenience. While there's no oven, you'll find hot plates, a kettle, and toaster available for your use. Relax in the comfortable living area, complete with a television and DVD player, or stay cozy with the combustion heater (wood not supplied). The bathroom features a shower and vanity, with a separate toilet for your convenience. A laundry with a washing machine is also available for your use. Off-street parking is provided, although it's not under cover. While the living may be simple, it's also comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the Fleurieu region. So why wait? Great location (close to the shore) and a lovely back deck with a relaxing view. The interior is somewhat old and the carpet would benefit from removal or replacement and so would the stovetop however these are not deal breakers. The landlords are kind and the check-in check-out process painless. The cost is also affordable for a family of four wishing to spend some time in this beautiful part of SA.
