    A mirror image of 1/49 Franklin Pde, this property has been given a Hamptons-style makeover. The ocean and island views are spectacular! Large groups can book both properties with 6 people staying in each one.

    The open plan living, dining and kitchen space is upstairs to maximise the views. There is a big deck to sit in and enjoy the view. The kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. Heating and cooling are provided by a split system RC/AC.

    For entertainment, there is a big-screen TV with Netflix. Telstra Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. There is a DVD player plus books and board games.

    There are 3 bedrooms with Hamptons-style beds and beautiful linen, and a bathroom/laundry room. There is a reverse-cycle split air cond downstairs.

    There is ample off-street parking at the rear of the property (including room for a boat).

The Unit was very clean, except for stains on the carpet.Wonderful views, the dogs enjoyed watching all the activity of other dogs being walked past.Great location, close to shop and cafe, really enjoyed our stay.

Very basic property. Beautiful view of the ocean. Top deck is not pet friendly if you have a small animal. Gaps around ballastrade are quite large and unsuitable. Only one toilet in the bathroom which is downstairs. Living area upstairs so a bit of up and down the stairs. Otherwise quite comfortable and good walking area along the foreshore.

A Place to Relax

The property was clean, well-furnished and had everything we needed for our five-night stay. The several hours spent simply looking out over the calm waters of Encounter Bay - on one occasion seeing dolphins - was pure joy.

Franklin parade

My family used to rent this house years ago every time we would holiday at victor harbor. This is the first time we have stayed here in years, and it brought back so many happy memories. The house is in the perfect location and renovated beautifully. We can't wait to come back again!

Had a lovely stay at this property. Even though it rainned we stayed there and watched the waves and about 8 rainbows. Such a great relaxing time. My husband bought his binoculars along as well. So we could see people come and go at The Bluff
