Point Emerald Villas B-204 is a Second Floor Almost Oceanfront 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath Condo only 1 building from the ocean in the Point Emerald Villas Gated, Private Oceanfront Condominium Complex tucked into the sought-after secluded western end of the island locally referred to as The Point. This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only minutes from shopping and restaurants, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all!  
  
Central HVAC, Wireless Internet, and In-Unit Washer/Dryer for your comfort and convenience! Living Area with 55 inch Smart TV with Samsung apps, Blu-Ray Player, Access to the Deck with Furniture, and Access to the Shared Hall Full Bath. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar with Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
