Note: Construction work will start at the A Building on Sept 29th, 2025\. Unit A307 will be accessible until Oct 26th, but it may be loud and noisy between the hours of 7am-6pm. A-307 Pebble Beach is a Third Floor Oceanfront 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo located in the professionally landscaped Pebble Beach Oceanfront Gated Condominium Community off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & restaurants. This condo comes with 400 mpbs internet and 3 separate flat screen TVs. The Living Area overlooks the oceanfront pool, has deck access to take in the beautiful views of the ocean, and features a Smart TV with Hulu and Netflix access, sofa and love seat. Bedroom #1 is the Master Bedroom including Deck Access with ocean views, King Size Bed, Fat Screen Television, and has a Private Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Size Bed and Flat Screen Television. Bedroom #3 has a Double/Twin Bunk Set and Flat Screen Television. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full hallway bath. Additional Amenities: USB outlets for all your electronics conveniently located throughout the condo. No need to bring your own charging adapters. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer.
