Total Bed Count: 1 King, 1 Twin/Queen Bunk Set Additional Amenities: High-Speed Wireless Internet, 3 Flat-Panel TVs, 1 DVD Player. Fully Equipped Kitchen with Keurig Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator with Attached Icemaker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster Oven, and Blender! Fireplace that can be used year-round. Interior Washer/Dryer, Hot Outdoor Shower, Covered Deck with Deck Furniture, Deck Swings, and Ceiling fans in unit! The Ocean Reef Community is a unique Tudor-styled gated condominium complex situated on the narrow part of Emerald Isle and offers various community amenities including shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, large swimming pool, covered picnic area by the pool, and community beach access! Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays. No Smoking. No Pets. In 2025 Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday. In 2026 Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season. Please Note: (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO.
