Ocean Reef 3-A1 is an Oceanfront First Floor 2 Bedroom in the unique Tudor-styled gated condominium complex Ocean Reef with many recent updates in the last 3 years! It comes with a stackable washer and dryer, stove, microwave,3 large flat-screen HDTVs with access to streaming apps, and Bluetooth Bose speakers for your vacation pleasure! There's also a Hot and Cold Outside Shower on the ground level. Guests can access the storage area with beach chairs, umbrellas, skim boards, and boogie boards. Tennis rackets, balls, and various sports equipment are available too. The Oceanfront Living Area features an electric fireplace, TV, DVD player, queen sleeper sofa with extra plush mattress, and an oceanfront deck with comfy furniture and stunning views. The Oceanfront Dining Area offers great views as well. The Kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, Stainless Steel cookware for the culinary enthusiast and a large island bar with seating. Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, DVD player, Full Bath with a soaker tub and shower, and a private deck. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, and there's a Full Bath in the Hall with a shower. Enjoy amenities like high-speed Wireless Internet, All New Central Heat & Air System and an electric fireplace. Feel the ocean breezes on your private porch or unwind in the soaker tub! Plus, there is no need to walk to an access point, you can access the beach directly from this condo! Note: \-The garage is not available for guest use. \-Even though this is a keyless rental, guests MUST stop by the check-in office to pick up (2) gate cards. The Ocean Reef Community is situated on the narrow part of Emerald Isle. You'll love the breathtaking ocean and sound views. Don't forget about ALL the fun amenities like shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, large swimming pool, covered picnic area by the pool, and community beach access! Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays. No Smoking. No Pets. In 2025 Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday. In 2026 Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season. Please Note: (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
