Get Ready to leave your Footprints in the sand! This Oceanfront Duplex with 4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, and 1 Half Bath RENTS AS A SEPARATE HOME DURING "OFF SEASON" ONLY. During In Season, rent the full property Footprints. Equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet so you can check your email while on vacation. Ground Level: Covered Parking. Level One: Living Room has a 50" Flat Screen TV with covered deck facing ocean. The Kitchen/Dining Room has a table that seats 8\. Also, there is a 1/2 Bath on this Level. Level Two: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with an open deck. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #4 has 2 Sets of Twin Bunk Beds. All bedrooms have an ocean view! I not only recommend Footprints to others but hope to rebook in the near future! The condo was perfect for 5 people - grandparents, parents and a teenager. I would use soft luggage that can easily be carried up the stairs next time (vs rolling luggage). Even when the weather was cool, we all enjoyed sitting on the covered deck or hanging out in the living room. Both scenarios, we had a fabulous view! The full beds are very comfortable. The bunk beds could use egg crate mattress toppers, but smaller kids won't know the difference (just my 15 yr old). The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, traditional coffee maker- you name it. The neighborhood is perfect and ideal for walking or biking. And you are very close to everything you need - grocery stores, restaurants, ice cream, shops, family friendly activities, etc. Lastly, the pool was perfect despite being chilly (not heated). We all loved it and have wonderful memories to remember for a lifetime! Thank you. ##### Amanda W.
