Challenge your loved ones to a friendly game in the game room, complete with a pool table, or step outside to soak up the beauty of the sound. The expansive outdoor deck offers a dining table for al fresco meals, and the perfect spot to unwind. Below the house, you’ll find picnic tables and a cozy hammock, creating an ideal setting for enjoying a quiet afternoon with a book or a well-deserved nap in the shade.  
  
With the beach just around the corner, you can have your toes in the sand in no time! Plus, BeeRelaxed is conveniently located near the heart of Emerald Isle, putting shopping, dining, and local attractions within easy reach. Love fishing, kayaking or boating? The pier and Emerald Isle Public Boat Launch are just moments away!  
  
For your convenience, this home also comes equipped with high-speed wireless internet, so you can stay connected - even while you’re unwinding in paradise.

Level One: Living room with Flat Screen TV, Dining area with table seating for 8, open kitchen with bar seating for 2. Master Bedoom #1 with a King Bed and Private Bath, Bedroom #2 with a Queen Futon and a Twin Bunk Set, Bedroom #3 with a Queen Bed, and there is a shared hall bath on this level.  
  
Level Two: Bedroom #4 with a King Bed, Game Room with sitting area and Pool Table and there is a shared hall bath on this level.  
  
Amenities Include: 3 TVs, High Speed Wireless Internet, Blu-Ray Player, DVD Player, Free Long Distance Phone Service, Beach Cart, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Outdoor Shower, Washer/Dryer, Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Microwave and Dishwasher.  
  
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.  
  
No Smoking.  
  
Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.  
  
Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.  
  
Please Note:  
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.  
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
