"Stayed for a few nights with group of 4 guys for our annual mens getaway. Enjoyed hiking in Shenandoah which was close by and visiting area winery's and breweries. The House was well stocked and comfortable. Fire pit by the river was a highlight. Would stay again"

"Very family friendly stay. Overall everything was clean. Some of the bathrooms had grout or edges that showed a bit of age and dirt. The upstairs fridge ran warm for the first day but luckily there was a downstairs fridge and the hosts were responsive to our concerns. The upstairs loft area runs hot during the summer so when assigning sleeping arrangements keep that in mind. Great location to the national park, caverns, and even the town is a short drive away"

"Excellent proximity to Shenandoah NP. Clean and cozy. Host was easy to work and communicate with and made checking in and out very smooth and simple. It is at the end of a gravel road is isolated (which is what we wanted) so be prepared, you are off the beaten path but the house is perfect for chillin after a hike, watching the stars or planning your next adventure. We would definitely stay here again."

"Amazingly beautiful property, conveniently situated between Shenandoah NP and Massanutten Mountain. Private road, very peaceful! Only minutes to the park Swift Gap entrance, a little over halfway on Skyline Drive, convenient to great trails/hikes, overlooks, and visitor centers. The cabin is the perfect mix of rustic and modern, appointed with all of comforts and convenience of home. We loved it here!"

"I have stayed in many VRBO homes over the past several years, and this home was one of the best. The house was very clean, in great condition and conveniently located. The host made it special by providing clean ice, a couple of bowls of candy and donuts for our group. The bedrooms were all very nice. The living area was comfortable and super clean. We enjoyed the fire pit and very much appreciated the provided wood. What sets this home apart from many others I have rented is the fact that the host really cared about the guests. The small, extra perks mentioned above made us feel very welcomed - a great touch. We would return without hesitation."

"Absolutely beautiful location to spend a few days and relax. Everyone in town was super friendly. Took a day and drove over to James Madison's house. Enjoyed walking to the river and watching people kayak by. Our favorite part was hanging out in the back yard playing cornhole in the evenings. The view can't be beat and the peace and quiet was just what we needed."
