What some of our guests do not love about our listing: \- Even though we have the best Wi-Fi in the area, this place is still in an area that internet isnt perfect. You may experience occasional interruptions due to this. \- The deck area is close to the road and not closed off. You will get occasional road noise as well as people walking by to the lodge next door. \- This listing is next to our 6 bedroom lodge. You will see people coming and going from there. This is not secluded away from people renting rooms there. Complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a fridge and electric stove along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. We do not have anybody on site 24/7, but we are always available through the platform you book on. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties. You have full and total access to the room with a front private entrance during your stay. Feel free to stream shows as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to town! There is keyless entry to the room which a code will be provided to you after you book with us. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. The Cabin had everything we needed ! Great Area and lots to do ! Seneca Rocks is not far and Blackwater Falls State Park is beautiful . The amenities were great! We enjoyed grilling and using the hot tub. The biggest problem was that the toilet was in a closet that was just too small. The best things were the newness of the remodeling. ##### Anne L. It was small, but with a comfortable bed and a usable kitchen. The hot tub was nice, although it did not feel very private with people going in and out of the adjoining lodge. The main problem was the overpowering odor in the place. I could not pinpoint what the odor was or where it was coming from, but it was definitely overpowering. If the place didn't stink so badly I would give it an almost perfect rating, but the smell made it hard to be in the room. ##### josh p. The hot tub was relaxing! The front porch was the best!so relaxing to sit with and adult beverage and enjoy the sound of the river and watch lightning bugs at night.
