The staff at this hotel were really helpful when we had noisy neighbours - they upgraded us to a much quieter and nicer unit. The breakfast spread was vast, supper also with many tasty choices (although not cheap). This was a pretty busy, bustling place.

Spent a weekend here at Astral Village in Eilat after a long drive from Tel Aviv. Top-notch customer service with super friendly staff. Amazing breakfast buffet selection and relaxing poolside facilities. Highly recommended hotel for families. Special thanks to hotel manager Aviad for making sure everything was perfect in our reservations by providing the best rooms available and even a personal welcome. Utmost respect to this man.

Przyjemny hotel, swoje najlepsze lata ma już za sobą jednak nadal bardzo ok. Bardzo smaczne śniadania. Fajna lokalizacja - blisko do plaży, obok hotelu przystanek autobusowy, spacerem około 20 minut do górnej części miasta. Mimo kilku minusów polecam.

it was nice stay with beach 10 minutes walk, central area. Reasonable price. Just we didn’t like the location of our room in a parking area with road view and noise from cars.

Well located option in Eilat

The location of the hotel is great, near to a mall, to the city bus station and airport. We were doing the checkin during the shabbat, and our room was only available near 7 PM ( it was summer). As a courtesy, the hotel offered us dinner. Buses to beaches can be taken almost in front of the hotel and the front desk people are really kind. The hotel was really crowded by families with kids, what turned the stay noisy. You could feel pee smell near the pool.

Eilat for young couple

ok hotel , our niece stayed for 4 nighs with friend, had some trouble in check in due to age (18), friendly staff and ok facility, thought non smoke room -at times some would come in room from out side form nearby smokers. overall stay was ok.

מלון לא ברמה גבוה .הנקיון מתחת לכל ביקורת .צוות הנקיון עובד עד שעה 15.00.לאחר שבקשנו לנקות את החדר אמרו כן מיד שולחים. אולם בפועל לא שלחו .ורק למחרת לאחר בקשות נוספות אועילו לשלוח מנקה לקראת השעה שלוש .ביום העזיבה רצענו להתקלח אולם פותחים את הברז ו......אין מים..לדברי הפקידת קבלה זה משהו מעיירת אילת לא תלוי בם

Great Hotel, Amazing Location

I wish I could give this hotel 6 out of 5 stars. First of all, the staff is incredible. Ohad checked us in and he is fantastic. Every time he saw us, he would stop and ask how it was going. Plus, he remembered our names and asked if he could do anything to help make our stay better. Eli (or Ely) from security was incredible. Again, he asked if we were doing okay and needed anything. He also remembered our names and told us that if we needed anything, just to ask. We went to Jordan in the middle of our stay in Eilat, and had another hotel booked when we came back. However, do to the awesome service here, we cancelled our other hotel and rebooked with the Astral Hotel. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Also, the breakfast is very tasty and the staff was incredible. The hotel is in the perfect location—close to everything. The only negative I can come up with this hotel is that the walls are a little thin in the rooms, so you can hear people in the other bungalow if they are being loud. However, that is the only negative. If you are in Eilat, be sure to stay at this hotel.

Being cheap does not mean you have to be bad

The hotel didn't turn on the heat in the air condition system even though it is winter time and cold. The towels were of very poor quality with no fibers at all and in fact it's hard to call for them towels, they were more suitable to be used as dust cleaning cloths than towels. People were smoking in the pool area and it is near to the entrance to the lobby and the dining room. Breakfast was rich and satisfying.

Hotellet er beliggende en kort gårur fra stranden og meget nær Icemall. Der er en lækker pool med mange solstole på hotellet. Hotellet fremstår rent og nydeligt. I vintersæsonnen kan værelserne være ret kolde, tiltrods for lavsæson var morgenmad restauranten overfyldt og udvalget lidt sært.

הבחירה במלון זה היתה טעות והתאכזבנו מהשהות בו.

לאחר שקבלנו המלצה בחרנו במלון זה, האכזבה היתה גדולה! קבלנו חדר פיצפון שהיה בו ארון קטן עם שני מדפים בקושי, לא היה מקום אפילו להניח מזוודה ולפתוח אותה דילגנו בין המזודות והתיקים שלנו כדי להגיע למיטה ולשרותים ביקשנו להחליף חדר אבל כמובן שלא היה חדר פנוי ונשארנו מאוכזבים באנו לחגוג יום הולדת ויצאנו עם טעם מר, מסביב לחדרים רעש מטורף במלון ממול היה ארוע גדול, עם רעש מטורף סביב השעון בקיצור אכזבה גדולה לאורך כל השהות במלון, רב הזמן השתדלנו לבלות מחוץ למלון כדי לא להרגיש שהגענו לסיר לחץ ולא למלון! בקיצור אכזבה גדולה מאד!!! לשם לא נחזור יותר!!! אלא אם ירצו לפצות אותנו ולתת לנו חוויה מתקנת.

ottimo hotel a Eilat

L'hotel è strutturato in tante piccole casette che contentono due camere al pian terreno e due camere al primo piano. Noi abbiamo prenotato la camera base ma all'arrivo ci hanno sistemato in una camera di categoria superiore senza sovraprezzo. La colazione è molto ben fornita e soddisfa tutti i gusti.
