Prepare delicious food in a well appointed kitchen while you chat with family and friends seated at the island counter or 8-seater dining room table, or move out onto the deck where you can grill out next to the six seater table or settle into the lounge. Inside, the living room welcomes everyone with conversation seating, comfortable pillows and throws, games and puzzles, a big screen TV supported by high-speed wifi, and an electric fireplace. Later you can retire to one of the three comfortable bedrooms (King in one, Queen in one, Full & Twin trundle in another). SeaRenity Stays is nestled in a secluded neighborhood where you can leave the car behind and stroll three blocks to the Saunders Point Beach to gaze out at the water from the private community pier and beach. If you have little ones with you, they can get their wiggles out on Saunders Point Park, which features a playground with tables and seating next to Big Pond. Maryland's natural shoreline woods are a .4 mile walk away at Beverly Triton Nature Park and a 2.3 mile walk away at Mayo Beach Park (which is a 5-minute drive, but at times they require online registration to drive-in and park so we recommend checking in advance). Shopping and restaurants in Edgewater, Annapolis, and many other Chesapeake Bay communities are just a car ride away. Wanting a day trip? Washington D.C., the National Harbor, or Baltimore are only about an hour away. WINTER SEASON LONG-STAY DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE! We walked there every morning and saw interesting wildlife. Kids and adults can wade in the shallow, protected water, if that is desired. There are a variety of trails there so my teenage son who wanted to go on a run could log a few miles in a shady place without having to drive anywhere. Quiet neighborhood when we were there in late June. Nice patio outside and grill; Good place to hear the birds in the morning and evenings. TV is large and wifi was great; A/C works great too. Well stocked kitchen. Parked our car in driveway (no garage). Nearby local store for beer & canned goods about 5 mins away; Safeway is about 10-15 mins away. ##### Jackie C. The home was very clean with plenty of bedding and towels. The 2 bathroms were clean and well laid out. The Host was easy to contact before we got there and left us some great information for local places as we did have a Glutten free memeber of the party and that info can be hard to find. All teh resturants she suggested were great and my wife was able to get her sea food at every meal!. Home was tucked off teh beatten path but that was what we were looking for and it was a short drive to the main road and to get to services. The property was perfect for us! It was extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The area is very nice and the neighbors friendly. The host was very flexible and worked with us as we were unsure when the house would be completed. She was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this property. ##### Deborah M.
