The space  
  
Welcome to our beautiful, recently built house with a saltwater pool. The property lot size boasts around 15000 square feet, a unique design, and is furnished to impeccable standards, offering a modern and inviting aesthetic. The residence is not only beautiful but also meticulously maintained, featuring numerous considerate details to provide the utmost comfort for a relaxing and carefree stay.  
  
There are two floors, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, living areas, dining zones, a private pool with a beautiful yard, an entertainment barn, laundry, and much more!   
  
Sleeping arrangements  
All bedrooms are bright and elegant, furnished with comfortable beds, adorned with pristine linens and plush pillows, ensuring your absolute relaxation during your stay.  
Master Bedroom: Located upstairs, this room boasts a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.  
Front Upstairs Bedroom: Furnished with two twin beds.  
Middle Upstairs Bedroom: Features full-sized bunk beds, with a convenient pull-out trundle bed beneath the bottom bunk.  
First-Floor Guest Room: Offers a cozy retreat with a queen-sized bed and an ensuite full bathroom for added privacy and convenience.  
  
Bathrooms  
The house offers 3.5 bathrooms. All of them are well-stocked and beautifully styled.  
Two ensuite bathrooms, providing private facilities for specific bedrooms.   
Jack and Jill bathroom is situated between the middle and front upstairs bedrooms, fostering convenient shared access.  
The downstairs powder room is for quick and easy access on the main floor.  
  
Living space & kitchen and dining area  
Experience the heart of our home in the expansive open family room and kitchen. -The inviting living room is designed for socializing and hosting, with a cozy fireplace and modern touch provided by a new 57" Samsung HD TV—a perfect spot for watching games or favorite shows. Enhancing the audio experience, four SONOS ceiling speakers envelop both the family room and kitchen, creating a harmonious atmosphere throughout.   
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with an array of appliances and cooking tools, ensuring that every necessity for preparing a complete meal is at your fingertips. Additionally, a convenient back hall pantry adds practicality and ease to your culinary endeavors. A large kitchen island sets the stage for seamless entertainment.   
  
The dining area comfortably seats eight and accommodates up to 10 people with extra chairs, offering a delightful setting with a view of the pool. Overlooking the pool, this area becomes a central hub for gatherings and relaxation.

The house boasts a backyard oasis featuring a spacious heated saltwater pool that promises refreshing dips and leisurely lounging, an outdoor shower, a BBQ area, and more! Adding to the allure is a brand-new 20' x 30' entertainment barn, a haven for recreational activities. Inside the barn, a ping pong table beckons for friendly matches, and there's also a cornhole set for lively outdoor play. Our family of 6 stayed at the house over April break and had a lovely time. The house & property are absolutely gorgeous and well-cared for. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool and game bar if they weren't otherwise riding the rental bicycles around the neighborhood or town center. The beds were super comfortable as well! Would highly recommend

#### Gorgeous House With LOTS of Amenities

We LOVED our stay at this beautiful home! First class all the way!!! It is impeccably designed and decorated. Unfortunately, the weather was not very good during our stay. We still had a great time because of the gorgeous, spacious interior, the cozy fireplace, and the super fun activity barn with ping pong, tv, corn hole/bags game, and 2 rattan chairs swinging from the rafters. The backyard has a lovely pool and patio area that we enjoyed before the rain set in. Thank you for sharing your AMAZING home with us.

#### Best House Ever!

This house was perfection! So stylish, so comfortable, so chic. Brilliantly designed and comfortable layout. The backyard pool was such a bonus. At times the house was so comfortable we just didn’t even want to leave! The walk to town was so easy, literally only a 10 minute stroll. 5 min walk to Morning Glory Farm. 5 min from the airport. Super clean. This home has everything you need. Don’t think twice. It’s worth every penny.

The home was absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful stay. Everything you could need for the house was provided (linens, towels, paper products, soaps). The location is also great, very close to the grocery store as well as downtown Edgartown. We sincerely appreciated all of the home’s amenities especially the pool and backyard area.

Wonderful winter getaway over New Year's Eve. Teenagers loved ping pong in the barn and walking into town. Everything in the home was immaculate, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and cozy gas fireplace in the living room. Highly recommend! We hope to return.

A Perfect place for a Thanksgiving trip to MV. Fantastic Location (15 min walk to Edgartown), quiet neighborhood with excellent amenities! This new home is beautifully decorated with a Fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, comfortable beds and well appointed baths {we Love the bath products}. It has plenty of parking, a huge fenced yard with outdoor activities. The pool was closed for winter but no worries we played cornhole, enjoyed the outdoor conversation circle, used the swings and ping pong table in the activity barn. We recommend walking to lunch, visiting the lighthouse, skipping rocks along the beach and exploring the local shops.

Brand new house, very bright and clean. Open floor plan for kitchen and living room is perfect for friends and family. Terrific location, on a quiet street convenient to downtown Edgartown without being in the middle of the crowds. Exceptionally located for food shopping at Edgartown Meat and Fish, Edgartown Seafood, Morning Glory Farm and Stop and Shop. Dick O’Hare, the owner, kept in contact with us via text.

#### Beautiful home!100% as advertised.

The property was beautiful! The house was in perfect condition. Very well designed and comfortable. Perfect house for a couple families with essentially two (2) master bedrooms and two (2) twin/full bedrooms with adjoining "Jack & Jill" bathroom. First floor open floor plan with sliders across make it feel as though you are outside. Great for entertaining! Back yard is amazing and the addition of the barn game room provides an escape from the house if trying to keep quiet for others to sleep. The location is A+. Just off Main Street but only a 5min walk from Stop & Shop, Liquor Store and handful of bars including Mad Martha's brewery and a 10 min walk from main Edgartown and harbor. Hosts were very friendly and communicative. Would highly recommend this listing!
